You begin your kBridge session by creating or selecting a Project.
A Project is a fundamental concept in kBridge. It is essentially a holder for Designs and Models, and is an organizational tool that you use when building applications. In our parlance, a Project is a named collection of Designs, Models, Rules, and Parameters.
Projects are the principal elements that can be shared. As you develop your own engineering automation Applications, you will develop your own Designs in a Project, but you will also be able to incorporate Designs from Projects that have been developed by other people within your group, or purchased from the kBridge App Store.
Similarly, once you create a Project, you can share it with others. The Project Browser, which you will learn about shortly, is the place where you create Projects and link them via sharing.
