The implementation of a finished engineering automation Project should be managed with a modified Agile approach. For each Project we:
•Estimate the overall scope
•Divide the scope into short tasks
•Organize the tasks into sprints
•Manage the sprints using typical agile methods
All of this is done while measuring overall progress against the overall scope and plan
