Create a default design (the name of the design automatically created with a new project is fine) and a default model that essentially tests each of the designs in the library (make each a child, etc.)
There is no built-in facility for automatic creation of documentation for you project. You could create a doc in Word or PDF or something and import it as a reference. Anyone who can open the project could download it and read it. Then there are in-code comments, of course.
You can delete the auto-generated design and model if you want. Just remember that every project must have a default model so something can be loaded at project open time.
