The owner of a Parameter is the Design containing the Parameter.
Note that we have seen that a Rule provides a formula that is used to calculate the value. We have also seen that if a Design is mixed-in to another Design that has a Rule of the same name, the Rule from the Mixin is overridden. In "Flags" above, we have also seen that if a Rule is a Parameter, then its formula may be overridden by a Child Rule on the parent. And finally, we have seen that a Design Rule can be overridden by a model Rule. You will need to be cognizant of where the Parameter formula is coming from.
