After import, resources are stored with your Project and become available by clicking on them. You can include or refer to your resources in rules simply by clicking on the resource.
There are 4 actions available:
1.Create Folder...
2.Edit Folder....
3.Delete Folder...
4.Import Resource...
You can think of the resources folder in your project as a file system that holds all the data in your Project, as well as resources that your Project's rules need to access. You control what is put there, and how resources are organized into folders.
Resource Import and Export
To import an external file, right-click on the "Resources" folder in the Project Tree and select "Import Resource...".
If your rules create or alter resources, you can export them back to your local machine. To export a resource from your project to your local disk, click right on the resource (not the Resource folder) and select the following action, which becomes available once a resource is created: "Export Resource…".
