Why Databases are Important

Database Rules allow relational data to be used in kBridge Rules.

Read/Write Capability

Data from a kBridge Project can be written to a database, allowing flexible avenues for data storage

Data from a database can be read into a kBridge Project, enabling the use of structured catalogs, tabulated data, and any other input types available from SQL databases.

Rule Modification and Manipulation

Database data can drive Rules in kBridge.

Project Maintenance

Database changes do not necessarily require follow-on changes in the Project.

Rules can be simplified—instead of embedding large amounts of data in the Rule, a simple query does the job
